-13th annual American Fork Grass Relays in American Fork Utah
-West Anchorage Dual Meet at Fort Abercrombie State Park in Kodiak Alaska
-Camelsback Classic in Boise Idaho
-Wilsonville Night Meet in Oregon
-Pre State Meet in Fort Collins Colorado

COLLEGE PRO
It seems as though all the elite track athletes were saving their best performances for after the olympics. The IAAF golden league is one meet away from ending.
The fifth meet in Zurich Switzerland was so good that it's being dubbed the "olympics in a day."
Pamela Jelimo and Blanka Vlasic are one win away from the One Million Dollar Golden League Jackpot. If they both win their event in Brussels, Belgium on Friday 9/5/08, they will split the million. Golden League Results.
We also discuss the incredible meet in Gateshead England.

ROAD RACING
Some of the more impressive road racing events this last week were the:
-USA 20k Championships in New Haven Connecticut.
-Aug 31 Rock n' Roll 1/2 Marathon Virginia Beach, Virginia
-Disneyland Half Marathon with 10,849 finishers
-Nike Human Race, in which Nike set up races in several cities around the world and tallied all the results together to make one huge race. The finishing times from each city were averaged see which city is the fastest.
