Olympic track and field events start on Aug 15th. We take a look at the events schedule and what athletes have been doing to prepare. Including Shalane Flanagan's workout blog, and Tyson Gay's workout in front of reporters.

We also introduce the website chasingbolt.com, where Puma has been doing a video series on 100m world record holder Usain Bolt. The videos can also be seen on runnerspace.com/chasingbolt.

Lastly we talk about the Falmouth Mile, where some of the USA's top milers who didn't make the olympic team competed.
