Focus on your goals, Focus on your dreams. I forgot my dreams and my goals for a while. I don't know what happened, during track season I was on fire for running as I have been for a while. But starting this summer I ran only three times a week going for only 30 minutes compared to all of the other times when I have gone out all seven days of the week running for whatever coach said or going out for 45 minutes plus. But after watching the other high schoolers in the nation run in NON and other huge meets I realized thats what I want, to perform to my fullest and strive for the best. So starting today, running is now revived in my life and its time to go. XC.
